The DJXS-4P features a robust rotary base equipped with four synchronized robotic arms, each engineered for multi-axis movement:

  • Complete Process Automation: Seamlessly performs the entire shell-making cycle—including picking, dipping (slurry coating), dripping, and sanding (stuccoing).

  • Precision Motion Control: Each arm is capable of independent lifting, swinging, and high-speed rotation to ensure uniform coating thickness even on complex geometries.

  • Heavy-Duty Build: Designed with a compact footprint and stable structure to withstand the demanding environment of an industrial foundry.

Intelligent PLC Electrical Control

  • Smart Interface: Controlled via a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and an intuitive touchscreen HMI, allowing operators to program and monitor shell-making recipes in real-time.
