Automatic de-waxing kettle
Our automatic de-waxing kettle is designed with a special double-layer high-pressure boiler door for quick and safe operation. A safety lock system ensures that the door cannot be opened under pressure, providing dual protection for operators. The unit features automatic timing, with both light and sound alarms to signal completion of the de-waxing process.
Pressure is precisely controlled by an electrical pressure gauge, while a secondary temperature safeguard automatically cuts off power if the system exceeds safe limits. The dual-color liquid level controller manages water supply with automatic cut-off at high/low levels, preventing heater damage when water is insufficient. For added convenience, the kettle comes equipped with two specially designed trolleys and two handcarts, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of wax molds.
